Rebuilding is a 10-session step-wise program that will help you dissipate the intense emotions you are feeling, learn from what went wrong so you can do things differently next time, and begin to create a new future. The program has been around for 35 years because it works.
Taking the Rebuilding seminar with Jeannine (who is a life coach) as your facilitator, is a complete recovery program - from overcoming/managing the intense emotions of relationship loss, to identifying your next steps, to discovering who you are now as a result of this experience, to creating a powerful future. You will leave with a renewed perspective on your new life.
